Minutes from Great Western War 2004
Friday 7:30 pm at Praetorium Dessert Party
Attendance:
Fabian Ricardo Cordon, Mora de Buchanan, Cameron "The Pas

Captain General
Comments:
- More progress is happening with West Caid War, more info to
come soon.
Army:
- Proposed idea for yearly muster for individual Alliances and
Brigades in their own area. No action taken, just discussion.
- Numbers to be taken from Saturday battles for planning purposes.
Estrella War Treaty:
- Negotiation went well, items of note are: 1) Archery in all
of the Saturday Battles. 2) Unlimited arrows in battles. 3)
Face only
target area for archery.
Charter:
- Discussed the charter as it stands, draft one will be sent
to praetorium list for discussion and revisions.
- Idea that Chief of Staff should not run General's
elections, but instead someone appointed by the crown
- Discuss Rank Structure in Charter, perhaps go to a more
period naming practice
- General (or representative) should always be included
in negotiation staff for Estrella or any other big war we
attend as a Kingdom.
- Brigades are the only units regulated by the army, War Units (Drafn, Corvus,
etc.) and Alliances (Akraitae, Northern Alliance, etc.) are self regulated.
